Privacy Policy
Effective July 22, 2026
1. Scope
This policy explains how Postzivo processes personal information when you visit our website, use the Postzivo application, connect social accounts, contact us, or use our API and MCP services.
2. Information we process
We may process account and contact details, workspace and team information, billing and subscription records, connected social-account identifiers and authorization tokens, content and media you provide, API and MCP activity, support communications, and technical usage information such as device, browser, IP address, logs, and diagnostics.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service; authenticate users and connected accounts; create, schedule, publish, and analyze content; operate AI-assisted features; process billing; provide support; prevent abuse; troubleshoot failures; comply with law; and improve Postzivo.
4. Connected platforms and service providers
When you connect a social network or another integration, Postzivo processes information according to your instructions and exchanges data with that provider. We also use infrastructure, authentication, storage, analytics, payment, communications, and AI service providers where necessary to operate the service. Their handling of information is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
5. AI processing
Content, prompts, brand material, and media may be sent to configured AI providers to generate or analyze content. Do not submit sensitive personal information unless it is necessary and you have the authority to do so.
6. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual or legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or export personal information. Workspace administrators can manage many records directly. You can also disconnect social accounts and revoke access through the relevant platform.
8. International processing
Postzivo and its providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by another reasonable method.
