Terms of Service
Effective July 22, 2026
1. Agreement
These terms govern your access to and use of Postzivo’s website, application, APIs, MCP tools, AI features, and related services. By using Postzivo, you agree to these terms and confirm that you have authority to accept them for yourself or your organization.
2. Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials and API keys, controlling workspace access, and all activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe an account or credential has been compromised.
3. Connected services
You may connect third-party platforms to Postzivo. Your use of each platform remains subject to that provider’s terms, policies, permissions, quotas, and technical limitations. You authorize Postzivo to take requested actions through those connections.
4. Content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Postzivo the rights needed to host, process, transform, transmit, publish, and analyze that content to provide the service. You confirm that you have all rights and permissions required for the content, accounts, media, personal data, trademarks, and instructions you provide.
5. AI-generated output
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to content generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing output before use and for decisions to approve, schedule, or publish it. Postzivo does not guarantee that generated output is unique, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use Postzivo to violate law or third-party rights; distribute malware or spam; deceive, harass, exploit, or impersonate others; bypass limits or security controls; reverse engineer protected parts of the service; or publish content prohibited by connected platforms.
7. Plans, credits and limits
Plan features, workspaces, AI credits, connected-account limits, API quotas, and X publishing limits are described on the pricing page and in the documentation. Limits may also reflect third-party platform requirements. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
8. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with provider changes, or improve the service. Scheduled posts and third-party integrations can fail because of expired permissions, platform outages, rate limits, content rejection, or other external conditions.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Postzivo is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, publication success, engagement results, or business outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postzivo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, prohibited conduct, legal requirements, or material breach. You may stop using Postzivo at any time and should export or remove information you need before account closure.
